PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Regulation (EU) 2016/679, concerning the new provisions for the protection of "privacy" and related to the protection and processing of personal data, it is informed that the processing of personal data already provided and acquired by you, as well as those that will be provided by you in the future as a "data subject," will be subject to processing in compliance with the regulations provided by the aforementioned Regulation and the obligations of confidentiality, correctness, lawfulness, and transparency.

The personal data provided is necessary for the purposes of fulfilling the legal requirements provided for by law.
c) Processing and storage methods
The processing of the data you provided is carried out both automatically and manually in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of the G.D.P.R. 2016/679, by specially appointed individuals and in compliance with the provisions of Article 29 of the G.D.P.R. 2016/679. We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the G.D.P.R. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, subject to Your prior free and explicit consent expressed in the attachment to this notice, your personal data will be stored for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed, and in any case not beyond the terms established by tax regulations, labor and social security regulations, and the civil code, and for an additional ten years.
d) Scope of communication and dissemination
We inform you that the collected data will never be disclosed and will not be communicated without Your explicit consent, except for necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public entities, consultants, or other parties for the fulfillment of legal obligations. Furthermore, such data may be accessed, within the limits of current regulations, by employees and/or collaborators expressly appointed and authorized by the Data Controller.
e) Special categories of personal data
According to articles 9 and 10 of the G.D.P.R. 2016/679, You could provide our organization with data that qualify as "special categories of personal data," meaning data that reveal "racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning health or sex life, or sexual orientation of the person." Such categories of data may only be processed with your prior and explicit consent, expressed in writing attached to this information.
f) Rights of the data subject
With respect to the data subject to processing as described in this notice, the data subject is recognized at any time the right to:

• Erasure (art. 17 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
• Limitation (art. 18 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);

• Objection to processing (art. 21 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
• Withdrawal of consent for processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent obtained before the withdrawal (art. 7, par. 3 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
• Submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority (Article 51 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679).
