Hot core box
N°5 forming machines are used for the production of cores, which uses sand pre-coated with thermosetting phenolic resins (novolac type resins).
Cold core box
N°2 forming machines are installed in the department for the production of cores, which uses sand agglomerated with phenolic-polyurethane resins, hardened by gassing with amines.
