Fonderie Pisano uses a hybrid cast iron melting system; through the combined use of multiple melting machines with different characteristics, the company is able to achieve the dual objective of reducing environmental impact and maximizing production efficiency.
It currently has:
• 2 cold wind cupola furnaces enriched with O2, with a production capacity of 25 t/hour of cast iron each.
• 1 CIME electric induction furnace, 28 t capacity.
• 1 CIME electric automatic casting furnace, 15 t capacity.
• 1 SOGEMI gas-oxygen rotary furnace with 8 t capacity.
