DEBURRING
For small casting deburring operations the following are used:
• 1 MAUS automatic system;
• 4 fixed grinders.
For medium/large sized castings, flexible disc grinding wheels are used.
All grinding/deburring phases are controlled by localized suction.
PAINTING
The painting operation is carried out using a special line which is made up of an overhead chain, equipped with special hooks, from which the castings to be painted are hung.
The pieces automatically pass along the line into a first chamber where they are immersed in the tank containing the paint. Subsequently, after a "dripping" phase, they pass through a second ventilated and appropriately heated area, where the paint dries.
The painting line is equipped with ventilation systems during the paint application phases and in the drying chamber.
The automatic painting system guarantees speed and reduced Time To Market, as well as flexibility on the type, shape and size of the pieces to be painted and above all the certainty of the results: finished pieces in the requested quantity, in the agreed quality, at the best market price.
