The Company uses both automated "green" moulding systems in sand agglomerated with inorganic binders (bentonite clay) for the mass production of castings of small and medium size and mass, and manual moulding systems in sand resin (furan resin + acid catalyst) for the production of castings of medium/large size and mass, produced in small and medium series.
It currently has:
• 1 MEC-FOND automatic line, with molds measuring 1000 x 760 x (200+200)mm and a production capacity of 150 molds/h
• 1 HWS automatic line, with molds measuring 1600 x 1100 x (350+350)mm and a production capacity of 150 molds/h.
• 1 furan resin line, with molds measuring 3000x3000x2000 mm
