Fonderie Pisano is a company that was founded in the first half of the 19th century in the Bourbon kingdom, with the aim of making cast iron and bronze castings.
It begins as an artisan initiative in the valley of the river Irno and precisely in the Municipality of Baronissi; at the beginning of 1900 it moved to the municipality of Salerno near the railway station.
In 1961 he set up his own factory in via dei Greci 144, in the municipality of Salerno, where he currently resides.
In 1980 it became a joint-stock company (S.p.A.).
In 2006 it complete automation of the molding line with introduction of two electric furnaces, one of which with in-line automatic casting; in the same year it adopts the automatic painting system.
