Liquid cast iron control

Land control
• Automatic control of molding sand GSC – Green Sand Control;
• Tools for manual control of Georg Fischer molding sand (specimen weight, compactibility, permeability, cohesion and humidity);
• IG/3 sieve for control and analysis of the sand fineness index;
• Instruments for the control and analysis of volatile substances, fixed carbon, calcination loss, washing loss, active clay, fineness index, oolitic material.
Paint control
• Digital Thickness Gauge Digital Meter CM8822;
• Instrument for checking the hardness of THC paint, necessary for the pencil test;
• Instrument PCE-228, for controlling the temperature and the PH of the paint.
Finished product control

Control of incoming materials

• Review of the accompanying certificates of individual shipments to verify conformity with internal supply specifications;
